Refund is only available for products that are damaged upon arrival.

For Returns:

Your package inside should contain

a. The returning product.
b. The special return form enclosed in the first parcel received, filled with the required information. We will refund the price you paid for your item, excluding sale items (shipping costs are excluded from the refund).
c. Attach your receipt.

To return your product please mind the following:

• The returning product(s) must be in excellent condition with all labels and tags attached
• The packaging must be firm, to prevent of any possible transportation damage
• Domestic Shipments via ACS courier service are charged 5€ for all domestic returns.
  Worldwide Shipments charges are depended on the country of origin and the customer pays the cost. 

Returns: 

You can cancel/return your order at any time within 14 days, beginning the day after receiving the goods. You must retain and take reasonable care of the products you want to return. The goods must be sent back to us in excellent condition, in their original box with all tags, any Chiquelle hangtags attached and well packaged.

• For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept the return of certain items such as swimming suits, leggings, leotards, tights, earrings, hair and skin products, candles and fragrances, underwear, socks
• All European customers can return any item except sale items within 14  days of receiving their original order. All returns are made at the customer’s own cost as Sophiel does not carry any shipping or customs office responsibility whatsoever.

a) Name and Surname

d) Reason for returning 

e) Exchange to

-Securely pack your item(s) using the original package 

-Attached is the return form for your package containing the item(s) you are returning 

 

•   You are liable to make changes to the same or another product in store

-Make your changes in-store with your product and proof of purchase.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION
In case you would like to cancel your order please keep in mind that the cancellation will be accepted within 1 hour of the order completion. Beyond that point, no cancellation will be accepted.

NOTE: Non-EU Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, any import duty, quotes, permits, product restrictions, and other local requirements, for which Sophiel shall bear no liability.
